SEO Specialist

Summary Of Expectations

At the end of the day, Globe Runner SEO Digital Specialist will be held directly responsible for the quality of SEO work delivered to clients. They will be assessed on their ability to consistently and efficiently assess, strategize and implement effective SEO tactics for clients that deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Background in marketing with at least 1-3 years of high-level SEO strategies and implementation work.
  • Creative thinkers who can think outside the box to deliver new strategies and ideas for client accounts.
  • Have expert level knowledge and understanding of the following topics:
    • Technical SEO best practices and implementation
    • Basic HTML & CSS knowledge
    • Comfortable working on WordPress and other common CMS’
    • Link building strategies
    • Content marketing strategies
    • UX best practices
    • Conversion rate optimization
    • Schema
  • They will be required to have all of the following Google certifications and to complete the following training guides within the first 60 days of employment:
    • Analytics
    • Search Console
    • Google Tag Manager
  • They should be able to proficiently communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal grammatical errors for internal training purposes

Responsibilities

Globe Runner SEO Digital Specialist are responsible for the following tasks on a day to day basis:

  • Assisting AM’s in developing, implementing and analyzing SEO, content and UX strategies for clients
  • Coordinating with AM’s to implement SEO strategies for clients
  • Consistently delivering high quality implementation to ensure best quality results for clients
  • Fully conduct (research, compile, analyze and report) account audits for clients. Audits include:
    • SEO Audit
    • Keyword Research
    • Competitor Analysis
    • Website Audit
    • Link Audit
    • UX Audit
    • Content Audit
  • Assisting the AM’s with monthly reporting

PPC Account Manager

Senior-Level, Full Time, Addison, TX

Summary Of Expectations

At the end of the day, Globe Runner PPC Account Manager will be the team member held directly responsible for the success of a client’s paid campaign performance.  Delivering on the responsibilities mentioned below, they should be able to effectively manage all campaigns for 20-25  clients at any given time and possibly more if needed for short periods of time, due to high sales volume. PPC Managers will be assessed by their ability to effectively and consistently deliver on the tasks outlined below as well as overall client feedback received from the account manager and/or main points of contact for each account.

Requirements

  • Marketing background with at least 2+ years of native PPC experience in the following platforms:
    • Google Adwords (including display, remarketing, shopping and video)
    • Bing Ads
    • Facebook Ads
  • They should be able to proficiently communicate both verbally and in writing with minimal grammatical errors
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented
  • Being a self starter is crucial as you are responsible for driving client success on the paid side of their digital strategy
  • Must be comfortable communicating with clients on a regular basis and serving as the main point of contact for any clients who are “PPC Only”

Preferred

  • Native ppc experience in the following platforms:
    • Twitter
    • LinkedIn

    • Unbounce Landing Page Builder
    • Dialog Tech (formerly IfByPhone) call tracking system
  • Basic knowledge of SEO best practices

Certifications

PPC Account Manager will be required to have the following Google certifications within the first 60 days of employment:

They will also be required to complete the following training guides within the first 60 days of employment:

Responsibilities

The Globe Runner PPC Account Manager is responsible for the following tasks on a day to day basis:

  • Developing paid strategy for clients in regards to what type of campaigns each client should be running, making budget recommendations, and providing projections based on recommended budgets
  • Building out campaigns for clients across the different platforms mentioned above. Campaign build outs include tasks such as
    • Account set up/linking on any of the above mentioned platforms
    • Keyword and negative keyword research
    • Ad copy writing
    • Budget and bid setting
    • Directing designers on any creative needed for display/remarketing ads
    • Call tracking set-up
    • Goal tracking set-up
    • Landing page creation/direction
  • Monitoring client budgets and roi for each client account to ensure success of ppc campaigns
  • Optimizing client accounts based on desired CPA for each account
  • Assisting the SEO account managers with monthly reporting or in the case of “PPC Only” accounts reporting directly to clients with reports customized to their goals and priorities
