The Snoring Center
The Snoring Center is a clinic that relies on minimally invasive treatments to provide relief to patients experiencing disturbed sleep due to snoring and sleep apnea.
Globe Runner and The Snoring Center began working together to bolster the clinic’s online presence. Part of this effort included restructuring content on the client’s pages to improve readability scores.
The first challenge Globe Runner dealt with was the fact that there hadn’t been a huge emphasis on digital marketing within the company prior to 2014, and therefore there wasn’t a lot of data to play with and help with iteration. That meant that tracking was slower at first, but over time, analytics has shown significant increases in traffic compared to previous years.
Using the client’s most highly visible page, Globe Runner ran a test by restructuring several blocks of content and adding one more button, which in turn improved the conversion rate for that specific page by over 31%. Tracking three different goals, Globe Runner tested variations and found success on all three pages.
On a cumulative level, Globe Runner’s variations to The Snoring Center’s content provided a significant boost to their conversions over a several week period, as evidenced in the above graph (where light blue represents conversions as a result of changes, and orange represents the control, or the original content).
